Musicians Institute is proud to announce that we ranked #14 on Hollywood Reporter’s annual list of Top 25 music schools for film and television!

We are listed alongside some of the most prestigious music schools in the country, and MI’s faculty and alumni continually push the boundaries of music composition and how it is evolving in the entertainment industry.

This honor is also especially appreciated as the candidates were picked from a survey sent to more than 1,500 members of the Society of Composers & Lyricists, and highlights that the industry is well aware of MI and the quality (and talents) of our students and alumni.

MI alum, Alessandro Saini, who was among the first graduating class of the Bachelor of Music in Composition program, most recently served as the Technical Score Assistant for Marvel’s Captain Marvel, released earlier this year. His story is just one of the many that MI alumni are sharing since graduation, and we look forward to what our community will bring to the industry for years to come.
