MI SUCCESS STORY: TRAVIS CARLTON

Since attending Musicians Institute from 2001 through 2003, bassist Travis Carlton has maintained a rigorous schedule of recordings and performance. In addition to being a member of the touring band of his father, renowned guitarist Larry Carlton, Travis has performed and toured with such notable artists as Robben Ford, Scott Henderson, Tak Matsamoto, Michael Landau, Sara Bareilles, Kirk Fletcher, Josh Smith and Chris Cain.

Besides touring about six months out of the year, he also works regularly throughout the Los Angeles blues, jazz, gospel, and studio scenes.
