MI SUCCESS STORY: JONINA ARADOTTIR

In 2012, Jonina Aradottir graduated MI with a Certificate from the Independent Artist Program, on the tail of her Associate of Arts Degree in Vocal Performance.

Soon after graduating, she put the final touches on her EP and embarked on a three-week tour of California, including dates in San Francisco, Sacramento and San Diego. Jonina played all sorts of different venues, including open mics and volunteering at women’s shelters along the way. When she wraps this tour, Jonina will return to her native Iceland to write, perform and plan a summer 2014 tour of Europe. Jonina currently resides in Iceland where she spends her days singing, writing songs and expanding her horizons.​​ In the Fall of 2017, Jonina released her latest album, Remember.
