MI SUCCESS STORY: KAYLYNNE MICHELLE

Originally from Red Bluff, California, Kaylynne Michelle is a promising new voice on the country scene. While a young singer, Kaylynne performed at many local charity talent shows and competitions where she received awards, nominations and prizes for her talent.

After graduating high school, Kaylynne moved to Hollywood to pursue a career in the entertainment industry and enrolled at MI. She received a degree in Vocal Performance as well as an emphasis in the Independent Artist Program. She received the title of “Most Outstanding Performer” from her graduating class.

In 2015, Kaylynne competed on season 14 of American Idol, where she made it to the top 24 girls. Appearing on the show offered numerous opportunities for her that included television interviews and performances, and from then on her career has been slowly gaining momentum.

After American Idol, Kalynne released her first studio EP which included her single, Dear Mr. Heartbreaker. The EP was released on iTunes, Google Play, Apple Music and Spotify and she continues to perform and travel between Nashville, L.A. and beyond while recording and writing new music along the way.
